Democratic fund-raiser Norman Hsu pleaded no contest in a court case in California in the early 1990s, according to his lawyer and media reports.And on it goes...The Los Angeles Times reported in today's editions that Mr. Hsu agreed in 1991 to accept three years in prison for allegedly swindling $1 million out of investors who had backed his plan to resell latex gloves.
