Will He Resign?
Widestance's motion to revoke his plea has been denied.
A Minnesota judge on Thursday rejected Idaho Sen. Larry Craig's bid to withdraw his guilty plea in an airport sex sting, a major setback in Craig's effort to clear his name and hang on to his Senate seat.I doubt he will. This is only going to get more embarrassing the longer it goes on."Because the defendant's plea was accurate, voluntary and intelligent, and because the conviction is supported by the evidence ... the defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea is denied," Hennepin County Judge Charles Porter wrote.
Update: correct again. He's staying.

Attempt the Unpossible
Larry Craig (R-Wide Stance):
Sen. Larry Craig’s attorney, Billy Martin, said this morning the senator intends to file the legal papers in Minnesota later today to seek a reversal of his guilty plea to disorderly conduct in an airport men’s room.According to some TPM readers who happen to be criminal defense lawyers, this seems highly unlikely.
